We currently have approximately 8,000 patients in Tadcaster and the surrounding area. The practice is situated in the bus terminus, next door to the Health Centre. Extensive parking can be found in the adjacent public car park, and disabled access is good.
Training Practice
We are a GP training practice for post-graduate students. These students are fully qualified doctors learning to specialise in General Practice. To help them, you may be invited on ocassion to have your consultation recorded onto video. Be assured that video recording will not be undertaken without your consent. Physical examinations will not be recorded, and the camera will be switched off at any time at your request. You may also be offered an appointment with a final year medical student alongside one of our partners.
In addition to normal consultations, we offer specialist diabetes, asthma and heart disease clinics. A number of our GPs also offer minor surgery, joint injections and the fitting of IUCDs.
