PATIENT SURVEY
We are currently running a survey of our patients to get feedback on what we do well and what we need to improve on.
If you are coming to the surgery to see a GP or a nurse you can collect a survey (they are anonymous) to complete. It isn't long and has been approved by the Patient Participation Group.
