Repeat prescriptions

Patients can request repeat prescriptions over the telephone between 2 and 4pm, via fax, post or in person.

Prescriptions take 48 hours to be issued unless they are highlighted as urgent to the reception team.

Your medication review date is shown clearly on the right hand side of your prescription. Once it is passed only one more month of medication can be issued before you have to see a GP for a review.

IF YOUR ONLY MEDICATION IS THE CONTRACEPTIVE PILL THIS REVIEW CAN BE BOOKED WITH SISTER BEV IF MORE CONVENIENT.

If you had an Access PIN for EMIS (a personal password issued by reception) you can request your repeat medication by following this link and entering your user details as detailed in the letter we sent you recently. New SystmOnline users can enter the password and user ID issued by reception.
